Vienna: Private Full-Day Small Group Tour from Brno

Visit Vienna, the cultural center of Europe in the 18th century, as well as the seat of the Habsburg Empire. You’ll travel through scenic Moravia to the southern border of the Czech Republic, arriving in Vienna in around an hour and a half.

This full-day tour begins with a pick-up at your hotel in Brno and is designed for a small group of up to 3 persons.

You’ll be taken on a drive along the city’s famous Ringstrasse, a magnificent boulevard built on top of the demolished city walls. See majestic buildings including palaces, museums, and hotels, and parks that feature statues of important historical figures.

Continue on to the southern edge of the city to see Schoenbrunn Palace, the former summer residence of the imperial family. Tour the chateau and the gardens (at your own expense) and then return to the city center for a walking tour through the Hofburg Palace. This tour is also at your own expense. The Hofburg was the winter residence of the Habsburgs.

Next is a stop at St. Stephen´s Cathedral, and the end of the guided tour. Enjoy some free time for lunch or shopping. You’ll meet your guide in front of St. Stephens´s Cathedral for the return trip to Brno.
