In the morning we will pick you up from your hotel and drive to Split main port, from where the trip continues with a hydrofoil. It takes about 1 hour boat drive from Split to Stari Grad on the island Hvar.
In the small port of Stari Grad, a bus is waiting for us for a short transfer to the old town center of Hvar.
Accommpanied by a local guide, you will explore the old town part with ist unique monuments in about one and half hours.
The town of Hvar on the homonymous island attracts many visitors because of its exceptional beauty and numerous historical monuments, some of them very interesting and valuable. The 17th-century Theater (among the oldest ones in Europe), the Arsenal dating from the 13th – 14th century, its picturesque squares and streets, as well as the Franciscan Monastery – famous for its collection of valuable paintings of old masters, the best known among them being the ”Last Supper” by Ingoli, are only a part of sights worth seeing.
After the guiding tour, you will have about 4 more hours to explore the town by yourself. You can join different activities on Hvar or just relax on beaches and have a swim before returning back to Split and your hotel.
