Is there a restaurant at the venue? Yes, Food Studio Level B1 and Restaurant lounge Level 5.

Restroom Information

Which of them are accessible by wheelchair? Accessible washrooms are available on every floor. A washroom for assisted toileting purposes is located in the First Aid Room on Level 1. Please ask Security for access.

Physical condition

Would people with limited mobility have accessibility problems? (to the vehicle, to the restaurant,...) Limited number of wheelchairs and scooters are available at the coat check, free of charge and with identification. All floors are accessible by elevator and chair lifts.

Is it feasible for wheelchair-confined persons? Chair lifts operated by Security connect the east and west sections of the historic buildings on Level 2 and Level 3, and the Michael Lee-Chin Crystal to the Weston Wing and Philosophers¿ Walk Wing. A chair lift and ramp provide access to the Signy and Cléophée Eaton Theatre on Level B1. A chair lift provides access to the theatre stage. Please ask Security for assistance.

Advisories

Is there any fee or limitation for photo/video camera usage? Personal, non-commercial photography is permitted and we encourage you to collect memories of your visit. Camera stands or supports (such as, but not limited to tripods or monopods) and lighting attachments are prohibited. Photography may be prohibited in selected exhibitions.

Others The Museum requires visitors to check all backpacks, large bags, and packages. The coat check will not accept laptop computers or luggage of any size. All bags are subject to search and inspection. Visitor bags are checked free of charge, and coats for $1 each. To avoid a lengthy wait in the coat check line, visitors should limit the items they bring to the Museum.Guide dogs and hearing dogs are welcome.
