Day 1: Vancouver -- Whistler
This tour starts at your hotel doorstep, where you will be greeted by a professional guide and whisked away on the beautiful Sea to Sky Highway, connecting Vancouver to Whistler. Your guide will point out all the sights and give you an overview of the area. The highway, as its name suggests, brings you from sea level to the mountain, offering magnificent views of the ocean and islands on one side and the coastal mountain range soaring thousands of feet high on the other. There will be stops throughout your coach tour for great photo opportunities; bears and eagles are often spotted along this gorgeous stretch of highway, so keep your eyes peeled!
When you arrive in Whistler Village, the host of the 2010 Olympic Winter Games, you will be dropped off at your hotel, a 4-star boutique-style lodge. Once you've settled in, explore the village and mountainside areas that offer a large variety of shops, pubs, restaurants, trails, lakes and the record-breaking Peak 2 Peak Gondola, a gondola lift that links Whistler Mountain's Roundhouse Lodge with Blackcomb Mountain's Rendezvous Restaurant.
After a day of exploring at your leisure, retire back to your cozy hotel room.

Day 2: Whistler -- Vancouver
On your second day, feel free to sleep in and relax at the resort or spend more time exploring Whistler on your own before boarding the famous Rocky Mountaineer train in the afternoon for your return journey at 3:30pm.
This 3.5-hour journey will take you through the Sea to Sky Region, where you'll enjoy the breathtaking scenery in a comfortable, relaxed environment. Cross a trestle bridge; pass an extinct volcano; travel through scenic Cheakamus Canyon; and pass the waters of Howe Sound.
On board, enjoy extensive legroom and scenic views through large windows. The knowledgeable and friendly Rocky Mountaineer personnel will provide outstanding service and entertaining, informative commentary throughout your trip. When you arrive in Vancouver, you'll be driven back to your hotel.
