Come face-to-face with gray nurse sharks on the Shark Diving Xtreme experience at UnderWater World, one of the most popular attractions on the Sunshine Coast. Suit up with scuba training, then take a 30-minute swim with sharks, rays, turtles and tropical fish! You'll also have entry to the aquarium's 11 exhibit zones to explore at your leisure, from sharks and seals to otters, rays and turtles.

Take on the ultimate challenge and go shark diving at UnderWater World's Oceanarium! Training is provided if you're a shark-diving novice, and experts can take a certified dive. No scuba-diving experience is needed: if you're a novice, training will be provided, and if you're an expert, you can take a certified dive.

After a briefing from your guide, who will share diving knowledge and experience, and in-water training, spend 30 minutes in the water swimming with hungry sharks, giant stingrays and tropical fish. Your family and friends can watch from an underwater viewing tunnel as you do the unthinkable and swim with sharks!

All equipment is provided, and the Shark Dive Xtreme package includes entry to UnderWater World's 11 exhibit zones, where you can discover marine life from seals and otters to lionfish and endangered turtles.

• Confirmation will be received at time of booking
• Adult pricing applies to all travelers
• Minimum age is 14 years
• Indemnity form must be completed - if under 18 years of age, a parent or guardian must fill out the indemnity form
  
• Medical Declaration form must also be completed. This form will be sent out to you upon processing a booking or upon request
• Each course is operated with a maximum of five people per session
• Each dive is at your chosen time - please advise a preferred dive time at time of booking
• All divers must be able to speak English and must be able to lift and walk with approximately 77 pounds (35 kg)
  
• All passenger weights MUST be advised at time of booking. In some cases, you may be required to check in 48 hours before your dive to be measured for equipment, and you may be asked to gain medical clearance if deemed necessary by instructors
  
• No cameras allowed on shark dives

Restrictions:

• Do not drink alcohol within 12 hours before your dive
• Do not fly within 24 hours after your dive
• You must be able to swim 165 feet (50 meters) comfortably
