Blue Mountains Deluxe Small Group Eco Tour from Sydney

Head for the hills and experience the natural beauty of the Blue Mountains on this small group day trip from Sydney. Travel on a complete loop of the World Heritage listed Blue Mountains and see many hidden locations away from all other tourists. This unique small group tour offers the most amazing experience to the Blue Mountains National Park. You'll also come face to face with native Australian animals, such as kangaroos, Tasmanian devils, wombats and as well as a massive variety of birds and reptiles.

The first stop on your Blue Mountains Eco tour is Featherdale Wildlife Park. You'll arrive at the park before any other tourists and have the opportunity to get up close to the animals, stroke a koala and hand feed kangaroos, wallabies and emus.

Continuing on, you'll head through the northern section of the Blue Mountains National Park, you will visit Scenic World, where you can ride the Scenic Rail, the world’s steepest incline rail. The 415m descent will take you through a cliff side tunnel down into an ancient rain forest. From here, you are free to explore the Scenic Walkway which will guide you through the forest to the Scenic Cableway platform. Take the gondola for spectacular views of the Three Sisters and the rain forest.

Next stop is to the new Koomurri Aboriginal Centre where you will see a corroboree (traditional dance) performed and have time to explore the art and artifacts on display.

Arrive at Blackheath and enjoy a 2-course meal (if option selected) at a picturesque Golf Club (beverage not included and own expense)

After lunch visit one of the most spectacular lookouts in the Blue Mountains, Govetts Leap. Enoy the stunning views of the Escarpments and views of the waterfall. With your guide enjoy more fantastic views and lean about the flora found in the Blue Mountains.

The last stop before heading back to sydney is the is at the delightful Mt Tomah Botanic Garden where you'll enjoy afternoon tea and tim tams. take a leisurely walk through the gardens enjoying expansive views. Then depart the Blue Mountains and return back Sydney.
